Andy built us a second home on the Chesapeake Bay in MD.  We interviewed many contractors and decided to work with Andy because we felt him to be trust worthy and cost effective. We selected NPB out of five different contractors interviewed to make repairs to our home. The main floor and basement were damaged  due to a broken water line going to the refrigerator. We had a very positive experience with Andy and his crew. Andy was extremely flexible and understanding working with us and the insurance company. His crew AJ and D performed an excellent job in a professional and timely manner. At the end of the day they would leave the place clean and ready for the next job. Andy provided useful  recommendations  giving us the opportunity to make wise decisions. Our basement looks great with new ceramic tiles, drop ceiling and panels. The main floor looks beautiful with new flooring and brand new kitchen cabinets including granite counters and backsplash.

North Point Builders was selected for a recent remodeling project of my rental home in Newark, DE. I made the best choice in opting to use Andy for this work. He was professional and very skillful in every phase of the work. Prior to beginning the project he provided me a chance to review the plans for the scope of work and many options to choose for the various items requested.  The work conducted was repair, power wash and paint existing deck, correct improper hung exterior French doors and molding, strip and paint powder room, install carpet in two bedrooms, sand and paint kitchen cabinets, install hardware, installed granite counters, install new kitchen appliances, hang light fixtures and fix electrical issue that arose.  During this project he kept his customer well informed of the status and about any unexpected findings that came up along the way, this was very essential because I was not local which began as a huge issue for me. Andy helped alleviate this concern with his respectful practice of communicating with me often and providing details along the way. The work performed was completed in a timely fashion and was better than expected. I wish he was available in North Carolina, because he would certain be used for my property here.  If you are looking for someone who is licensed, boned and proficient, North Point is the way to go.

Andy and his team did a custom garage build for us, design to execution. Great job overall.  courteous, prompt, great follow through. Had creative solutions to unanticipated issues. All permitting and other issues were dealt with.  Highly recommend!
